Your information will never be released or sold to third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time. When you sign up with us, you will receive information on new styles and upcoming promotions, but you may request to stop receiving this information at any time. FIRST TIME ORDERS

For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately, so that we can contact you if necessary.

SIZING INFORMATION

Sizing varies considerably amongst the garments we stock. Please carefully read each garment’s measurement before buying.

GARMENTS CONDITION

We source our items from all over the world. Once the items are with us we steam clean and care for each one, ready to be shipped direct to you. Goods will always reach you in their best possible condition but obviously vintage clothing has usually been preworn so the odd bit of wear and tear is to be expected. We never sell anything that we deem unwearable and if there is any major damage this will be highlighted within the description.

To help you even further, we have compiled the following condition guide:

Excellent vintage condition - The garment has very little wear or looks unworn. No damage or staining and all buttons/zips/fastenings intact and working.

Very good vintage condition - Some wear and tear such as light bobbling or the odd snag could be apparent. There may be an odd mark or stain that could be washed out.

Good vintage condition - The item may have a tear or small hole. There may be marking or staining that is noticeable. **Please note - the specifics will always be mentioned in the description **

GARMENT CARE

Our garments are thoroughly & carefully inspected. Repairs are made when possible. We do everything we can to ensure a well cared for garment. However, due to the ageing of fabric, please be aware that fading, discolorations and yellowing may occur. All other flaws are clearly indicated in descriptions and/or photographs. BOOKING/PAYMENT

We keep an item booked within 24 hours awaiting the payment. If payment is not occured within 24 hours the item becomes available.
