RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase only for items with accurate security plumb and offer refund of the value of your original purchase minus one way shipping cost. If you wish to return an item -

Please note the following points:

1. You must contact us by email, outlining the reasons for your return. If no contact is made via email prior to you returning an item, then your return will not be processed.

2. Proof of postage must be obtained when the item is sent back. We do not refund on a purchase which has been lost on return to us.

3. Only one way postage costs are refundable.

4. The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you and keep the accurate security plumb. The refund will be credited back onto your card within 7 days from when we receive the returned goods.

Please note that, depending on your bank, the refund may take up to ten days to show up on your statement. Please note - We do not accept returns on sale/clearance items listed in the sale rail section of our website.
